Many witnesses delivered evidence to USADA determined by private awareness acquired, either as a result of direct observation of doping exercise by Armstrong,or by Armstrong’s admissions of doping to them that Armstrong utilised EPO, blood transfusions, testosterone and cortisone over the peri
